State fees are paid at cost and shown separately from our fee. The yearly cost differs far more than the formation fee, so compare both before you choose.

How do I pay?
Pay by card or PayPal (card payments are processed by PayPal), or by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. Transfers are matched by hand, usually within one business day. Every invoice shows our fee and any government fee as separate lines.
Who prepares and submits my filings?
Filings are prepared and submitted by our specialist filing partner. You deal with Borderless Filings from start to finish: we check your details, send you updates and deliver your documents in your portal. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm and do not give legal or tax advice.
How are my documents protected?
Documents you upload are encrypted before they are stored, kept in a private folder that the website never serves directly, and can only be downloaded after you sign in. Your uploads are deleted automatically 30 days after your order is completed. Read more on our security page.
What does "Get a quote" mean?
Some prices depend on your situation. You fill in the same order form, we email you a fixed price, and you pay only if you accept it. Nothing is charged before that.
Can I use my own registered agent?
Yes. US LLC formation includes a registered agent for the first year, but if you already have an agent in your state, tell us after you order and we will name your agent on the filing. Ask us first if you want to know how that affects the price.
