How these tools work

Each tool uses the same figures as our service pages: fees and deadlines published by US state filing offices, the IRS, Companies House and HMRC, checked on the date shown on each page. The tools run in your browser or on our server and do not ask for your name, email or any document.

They give general information, not legal or tax advice. Your own facts can change the answer, for example where your company is managed, where your customers are or whether you already file taxes somewhere else.
