BorderlessFilings is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), any US state or its Secretary of State or revenue office, Companies House or HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
The forms we file are available free from those agencies, and you can file them yourself. Some filings carry a government fee, which you pay whether you file yourself or through us. Our fee is for our preparation, checking, submission, tracking, reminders and secure document handling. Our guides explain the do-it-yourself route for each filing.
Accuracy and last-checked dates
We write our guides from official sources and link to them, and each guide shows the date its fees, deadlines and rules were last checked. Rules and fees change, sometimes with little notice, so information can become out of date after that date. Always check the official source before you act, especially close to a deadline. If you find an error, tell us at support@borderlessfilings.com and we will check and correct it.
Our tools, such as the LLC state fee comparison, the compliance deadline calendar and the US LLC or UK Ltd quiz, give estimates based on the information you enter. They are a starting point, not a final answer.

We link to government websites and other third-party sites so you can check our sources and use their services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
No guarantees
Government agencies, banks and payment providers make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee that the IRS, a US state, Companies House or HMRC will accept a filing or application, or how long they will take. We also cannot guarantee that a bank or payment provider, such as Stripe, Mercury, Wise, Payoneer or PayPal, will open or keep an account for you.
