About Borderless Filings

BorderlessFilings helps founders anywhere in the world form and look after a US LLC or a UK limited company. We handle the filings that come with owning one: formation, EIN and ITIN applications, Form 5472, state annual reports, UK confirmation statements, annual accounts, VAT and more. You order online, upload your documents to a secure portal, and we prepare, submit and track the filing for you.

Who runs Borderless Filings

Borderless Filings is owned and run by Muhammad Mustafa and operated by 95 Solutions LLC, a US limited liability company.

Mustafa runs the business day to day. He researches and writes the guides on this site from official sources, reviews every order and its documents before work starts, and is the person who answers your messages. When something about your order is unclear, he is the one who asks you about it.

Mustafa is not a lawyer, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Enrolled Agent or an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. Borderless Filings does not give legal or tax advice. Our guides explain the rules as the government agencies publish them, and our services prepare and submit the filings you ask for. When your situation needs a professional opinion, we say so and suggest you speak to a licensed adviser.

How your filings are handled

A specialist filing partner prepares and submits filings for us. The partner's team works on company formations, tax ID applications and annual filings every day, which is why we chose to work with them rather than file everything ourselves.

You deal with Borderless Filings from start to finish. You order with us, pay us, message us and receive your documents from us in your portal. We pass our filing partner only the information and documents a filing needs, through order-specific links that expire, and we check the work before it goes to the agency. If something goes wrong, you talk to us and we sort it out.

You can read the full order process on how it works and how we protect your documents on our security page.

Why this business exists

Founders outside the US and UK often find that owning a company there is harder than it should be. The rules are spread across the IRS, state offices, Companies House and HMRC. Some forms cannot be filed online by non-residents. Deadlines are easy to miss and penalties can be large. At the same time, many providers sell bundles that include extras you may not need, with renewals that are hard to spot until they are charged.

We built Borderless Filings to do the opposite: one clear price per service, government fees shown separately and passed on at cost, no automatic renewals, and plain guides that tell you when you can do a filing yourself for free. Our pricing page lists every service.

How we keep our information accurate

Our guides deal with tax and company law, so accuracy comes first. This is how we work:

  • Official sources only. Fees, deadlines, thresholds and penalties come from the agencies that set them: the IRS, FinCEN, the Federal Register, state Secretary of State and revenue offices, GOV.UK, Companies House, HMRC and legislation.gov.uk. Each figure links to its source the first time it appears on a page.
  • Sources listed on every guide. Guides and service pages end with a list of the official pages we relied on, so you can check them yourself.
  • Last-checked dates. Each guide shows the date its fees, deadlines and rules were last checked against those sources. Rules change, so always look at that date.
  • Corrections. If you spot something wrong or out of date, email support@borderlessfilings.com with the page link and, if you can, the official source. We check it, correct the page if needed and update the last-checked date.

What we do not do

  • Legal or tax advice. We do not advise on tax residence, treaty positions, whether you have a US trade or business, VAT establishment or similar questions. We prepare filings based on the information you give us.
  • Selling payment accounts. We do not sell, open or transfer PayPal, Stripe, bank or other payment accounts in anyone else's name. Our payment account help helps you apply for your own account; the provider decides whether to approve it.
  • BOI filings for US LLCs. FinCEN's 2026 final rule means companies formed in the US no longer file beneficial ownership information reports, so we do not sell them. Our BOI guide explains the change.
  • Companies House identity verification on your behalf. Directors and people with significant control can verify their identity free through GOV.UK One Login. We explain how in our identity verification guide.
  • Guarantees. Government agencies, banks and payment providers make their own decisions. We cannot promise that any application will be accepted or how quickly an agency will process it.
